Working hours and rates:
Monday – Friday 08am – 8pmFrom £20/ph

Please note that the rates above only reflect our labour cost. Our hourly rates are charged at (min 1 hour) we then charge at ½ hour increments after the first hour. All materials needed to complete the work will be billed separately for the appropriate amount. Cancellations within 24hrs of the estimated start time will incur a 1hr charge, this excludes weekends, for Monday cancellations must be communicated by the previous Friday.


What payment methods are accepted:

We accept cash or credit/debit card payments. “All payments are to be made upon job completion”. Interest @ 8% APR over base rate will be charged for late payments from the invoice date.


Shopping time charge:

If you require us to shop for materials for you, we will charge the time at our regular rates (see above). The client will be charged for parking and congestion at their local council rate, if permits are not supplied.


Cancellation charge:

Cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one hour charge. Ideally, we’d like to avoid this so we can prioritise other jobs in the area. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can refill our calendar, and you can avoid any costs.


Are we prepared with the right tools?

Our team are prepared with most of the tools and equipment needed for common jobs. If there is a bespoke job that requires special materials we will do our best to source them locally. If items are difficult to locate, we can order these in specially for you with prior warning.


We don’t carry stepladders:

We do not normally carry stepladders unless the job needs one. If it does, please let us know in advance and we’ll come prepared. Please note that the work can be carried out at a max height of  5mt. above floor level for insurance purposes.


We offer fixed priced projects:

For many projects, we are able to offer fixed price quotes to fit in your budget. For all larger jobs, clients are required to pay for the cost of materials and 30% labour before the commencement of works and a further 50% by the commencement date.
